CDJR Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

This position will work with our clients taking vehicle delivery, explaining the product benefits and teaching them how to use today's automotive technology. This position requires personnel who have a professional demeanor, are self-motivated, genuinely happy and have the willingness and drive to go the extra mile for their clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job duties for a Delivery Specialist include but are not limited to:

  • Acts as a good will ambassador for the dealership by promoting professionalism and displaying excellent customer satisfaction skills.
  • The Vehicle Delivery Specialist will support customers with in-depth product knowledge as well as enable the customer to better utilize and configure Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram products in accordance with their particular needs.
  • You will be specially trained to demonstrate and guide customers through all aspects of their new vehicle, before, during, and after purchase.
  • You will make follow-up calls after the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Will back up Sale Representatives as needed and manage overflow of customer traffic during peak times.
  • Maintains efficient communications within the department, as well as between departments. Promotes harmony and a team spirit with all the other departments.
    • Raises spirit, morale, and attitude of team members with own positive attitude.
    • Ability to maintain familiarity with the terminology of the automobile business.
  • Performs all duties in a safe manner following all company safety guidelines and policies.
  • Performs other duties as requested or required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a dealership sales environment is preferred but not required. Good communication skills, negotiating skills, basic accounting skills, management skills, multi-tasking skills and computer skills a must. High school diploma or the equivalent is required.

Must be able to work 5 days a week including Saturdays. Must be able to provide an exceptional experience to our guests, while explaining the technology and benefits of their new car or truck.

Working Conditions

Extended working hours may be required, which may include working at nighttime or weekends. Weather conditions may vary depending on the season.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to move about the complex in all weather conditions and be able to enter and exit most types of vehicles.

Job Summary

A professional attitude and demeanor with a willingness to learn are imperative.

Job Summary

The Automotive Technician with experience in diagnosis and repair of transmissions and all other powertrain components in accordance with dealership and/or manufacturer standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job duties for the Technician include but are not limited to:

  • Acts as a good will ambassador for the dealership by promoting professionalism and displaying excellent customer satisfaction skills.
  • Perform vehicle maintenance items such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery, and bulb replacements.
  • Perform all aspects of tire service including repairs, mounting, and balancing.
  • Perform entry level duties such as brakes, power train services, suspension, and steering component replacement.
  • Learn how to perform non-technical recalls on vehicles.
  • Continue education to keep up with rapidly changing technology and with knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner following all company safety guidelines and policies.
  • Perform other duties as requested and assigned by manager.

Job Summary

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company and will provide administrative support across the organization.  Will handle the flow of customers via telephone and/or face-to-face.  Will insure all other responsibilities assigned are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Qualifications
